Rick is the man
When I went the first time, downtown LA, Rick helped me and was VERY knowledgeable, and helpful. He advised me on everything from squeegee hardness to mesh count and what types of frames and paints are best. The second time I went, Rick was busy, and the others there were not very helpful. But when you go, ask for Rick. He's been doing it for over 30 years and really knows his stuff.

Absolutely No Help
This company does not live up to the expectations they claim to be. They are terrible in customer service & treat you like a number. The sales person I spoke to didn't know what he was talking about and made things more confusing rather than helpful.
