I've recently purchased a pre-owned 2004 Mini Cooper S from David Kazarian. I was very pleases with his customer service & sales skills. I used to sell used cars for three years so I understand the importance of follow-up. I was only an internet inquire but he maintained a close but not to pushy relationship over email. I truely believe that it was his consistant follow up that lead to my purchase. Dave is the type of salesman I would like to buy future vehicles from.

very long history of giving low quotes and then "changing" their minds at the last moment. terrible customer service. better deals can be had at other honda dealerships around.

I bought a Nissan Altima (used) from this dealership 3 years ago and am very satisfied with it. I have taken it in for service several times and always been treated well, told in advance about any repairs and cost, and asked for my approval of each item. They also stood behind their repairs once when a problem reoccurred. The service people go out of their way to offer discounts/coupons that apply. Overall, a pleasant experience as dealerships go! :)

We purchased our last car from them and they are great. They are highly recommended by many people. The dealership is clean and decorated modern. The sales people were very friendly and helpful and worked with us to get the monthly payments we needed. We are very satisfied.

After a horrible experience at another Nissan dealer I took my vehicle to McGrath Honda/Nissan. They have been nothing but wonderful to me. They have squeezed me in for a quickie oil change with out any problems. They are very upfront about what needs to be fixed now on my vehicle and what can wait. I am very glad to have found such a wonderful dealership to service my car. When it is time to buy my next vehicle, I will be buying from them.
