My hearings aids did not work the way I believed they should. Their guarantee says 30 days, however it may take "up to three months" to get "used" to them. And then? So, after just short of 30 days I returned them. They indicated it would be up to 30 days before I would get my refund! My hearing aids are gone, they still have my money and it is coming up on four weeks tomorrow. What's so hard about a credit refund? This is an impossible business procedure. They still have my money. Bad business practice. When I called they said "we have to make sure they were returned, etc" What? I returned them to the office and what's so hard about crediting my account immediately? I was going to go back to try something else, but now will not. They have lost my business.

I have used a multitude of hearing aid businesses over my life time, and never have I been treated with such respect, care, and understanding. The staff make every effort to listen to what you have to say and are both professional and personable. I would (and have) recommend this establishment to any and all who want fairly priced aids, trustworthy business standards, and a courteous staff!

I got my hearing aids in March of 2007, i was very skeptical about wearing hearings, but the professional at the Downtown Location of McDonald Hearing Aid Center named Tony Henson and my wife convinced me to get a pair. Oh my gosh, has my life changed. i can hear my grand kids and the television set perfectly. Unfornatlly, that also means that i can hear my wife better. HaHa. Tony was never late for an appointment and alwas gave me as much time and service that i needed. McDonald Hearing Aid Center worked so well for me i am going actual upgrade to there new hearing aid called Nano-Premere, my golfing buddy just got a pair from McDonald Hearing and loves the hearing aids as well as the service with his investment. Recommendation: Trust them before you ever go anywhere else.

After six months of receiving multiple broken or malfunctioning hearing aids and in complete frustration, we ultimately requested a refund per the terms of the contract.
While McDonald Hearing Aid Center agreed to provide a refund, it has been 2 more months and they have yet to process the credit through their bank.

Given the apparent poor quality of their product, and their less than forthcoming refund "process", I can not recommend McDonald Hearing Aid Center.
