I recently purchased my third Honda from McConnell Honda. I could not have gotten better service. The sales staff is very professional, yet friendly, courteous and very helpful. They all go out of their way to make their customers feel as comfortable as possible. They are very informative about their vehicles. They have answers to every question about their vehicles. I rate them very highly.

I had an excellent experience buying my new 2008 Honda Accord EX-L V6 with Sat Nav. The salesman (Tony) and the business manager were great as they walked me through buying the car. Tony is an expert in every way and spent a lot of time with me going over all of the car's features.

The Business Manager took care of all of my financing with my bank. I got an excellent price. He was very nice in walking me through the whole car-buying process as this was the first time I had bought a car on my own. I felt well taken care of and really appreciated being respected. Let's face it, some dealerships think they can take advantage of a woman. However, McConnell Honda is not like that. They really care about their customers.

I had a deck lid spoiler installed after the car was purchased and the Service Dept. was great.

McConnell Honda's service deparment is exceptional. I really love to deal with Tara and Ronnie. They are always sweet and very helpful. However, I do not like the fact that Honda requires that you make an appointment for almost everything that you need to have done to your car. But I still prefer Honda to service my car than anywhere else
