Like most people I prefer to avoid legal confrontations. However, when I unavoidably needed an attorney recently numerous individuals suggested that I interview Chris Kroes. I was immediately impressed with him and hired him to represent me. Throughout the ordeal Mr. Kroes's handling of my case was effecient, professional and quite effective. My calls were promptly returned. The capable staff was responsive when Mr. Kroew was not able to get back to me within a short time. The outcome of my case was all I could ask for. I would use Mr. Kroes again and have no reservations about recommending him to others.

I am a single, professional woman here in Santa Barbara. Mr. Kroes represented me in a breach of contract dispute. I was up against a $50 million company. I was told by many to not pursue this lawsuit because they had a lot of money and would fight me to the end. I felt strong about my case and so did Mr. Kroes. My case was settled to my complete satisfaction. Mr. Kroes and his staff treated my case as if it were of the utmost importance to them. They listened to my concerns and fears. I felt supported, validated and truly vindicated in the end. I highly recommend McCarthy & Kroes.

Weve been in business for over 25 years and have found this to be absolutely the best business law firm in California. I like them because when I need them they are there. I can talk with an attorney directly when I need them or shortly thereafter. They work effectively and they dont stick you with a lot of extra charges.
