I have used this service over the years and have ALWAYS been super happy with Andrew, who is the owner/operator. I recently moved from Chula Vista to San Diego and called Andrew who graciously got me in (we're talking the day before I moved in!) Not only did he arrive early but had to put up with the nastiest landlord on this side of the Pacific! She continued to tell him "how to clean carpets, you don't know what you're doing, etc." He very professionally kept going, didn't react (GO ANDREW !) and got the job done. Upon leaving, put a reassuring hand on my shoulder, and said, "It's beautiful here, but I CLEARLY understand why you are moving!".

McCall's Carpet Cleaning is definitely a carpet cleaning company that I would recommend to everyone! I have had the pleasure of using them several times on our carpets. They are not only professional on the phone but are extremely professional as well on their jobsite. They were punctual, and showed up within their designated two hour time frame. They even called us prior to arrival to advise us that they were on their way. They are respectful of our furniture and treat our place with care. Our carpets are always cleaned with precision and care. There is never any odor, stain or soil left on our carpets when they are done with their job. My wife especially liked them since they are courteous, timely, clean cut and efficient. They have the best prices in the city. They stick to their quote and don't try and sell you any extra unnecessary items. They are honest people as well; they found my wife's credit card when they were cleaning our carpet one time, which she had lost for two months. It is rare to get such good service from a company. Use them once and you will be hooked for life, we know we are!!

McCall’s Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job. This is our first time getting our carpets clean and I'm very glad we found Andrew. We could visibly see the difference in the carpets after they were clean. My husband was not very enthusiastic about getting our carpets cleaned and even he was convinced it was well worth it. Would definitely recommend them to our neighbors.

Call these guys!! You won't be disappointed. Super friendly, very conscientious, and extra hard working. They are very friendly on the phone and arrive right on time for the scheduled appointment. Andrew is very professional and does outstanding work. I first found McCall's Carpet Cleaning when I was fostering 5 dachshund puppies and they got out of the tiled area onto the carpet and made many messes. I called McCall's looking for immediate help and Andrew came out right away, even though it was late in the day! He made our carpets look (and smell) like new again.

First off, I used another service a few months ago and was burned on the quoted price so I was hesitant to try another service. After calling probably 6 different people, I decided on Andrew. I'm really glad I did too because he did an awesome job, was faster than expected, very reasonably priced and right on time. All the things to me say a lot about this company not to mention all the great reviews. So, I will definitely call Andrew next time I need anything done. I should mention too that he cleaned dining chairs that were so dirty and they are actually white again.
