I've only browsed, but never shopped in this famous store. Their selection is amazing and the service is unbeatable. After speaking with one of their salesman for twenty minutes, I wish I had purchased my Taylor guitar from this store. Not only did they show me how to string my guitar, but they also gave me some complimentary picks. Not terribly generous, but so much better than the other store where I actually purchased my guitar. Great place.

The most amazing selection of acoustic, steel string, and even banjos.

Service is phenomenal. They treat you as if you were the last customer to come in to the store.
