We made two appointments with them to measure our rooms for floorings. Both times, they did not show and called to cancel long after the agreed-upon time, keeping us waiting and wasting 2 Saturday afternoons. They're rude on the phone, unprofessional and don't really seem interested in getting or keeping your business, so take it elsewhere.
