People beware! I went to this dermatologist because I had been recommended by a friend. I developed rosacea about a year ago, and had been to one dermatologist before Dr flor mayoral. When I went to Dr. Mayoral I told her about my condition, she didn't even look at my skin and just told me that there was no cure for rosacea, which I was aware, she prescribed this super expensive (600$ for 30 pills)antibiotics that didn't do a thing for me except upset my stomach. Also I started to have a series of IPL laser treatments and Smooth beam treatments at 500$ a pop! the treatments were a total waste and didn't do anything for me. One day I came in the office very depressed and told them that nothing was working after she had promised that I would have the rosacea under control. The assistant Sabrina, told me she would call Dr Mayoral in to talk to me, which she came in and seemed bothered by my questions and treated me like a was ignorant, not to mention, she charged me 70$ just to talk to me for 5 minutes and just end up prescribing another god awful antibiotic! over 4000$ later my skin looked even worst than before, and no change. Then Sabrina the physician assistant, told me about some experimental light therapy, that's when I drew the line and simply never came back, I have recently gone to another derm, who is not only in my opinion a better Dr than Mayoral, but understanding and not out for a quick buck and has done WONDERS for my rosacea. I advice all who see this to steer clear from this quack, everyone in the office are very unprofessional and just want to get patients in and out. Also her botox is a joke doesn't even last 2 months! and not to mention super expensive! This DR is nothing but a money hungry individual and clearly dosen't care about her patients.
