Bad Customer Service over all in the Bakery!

I Ordered a cake from the bakery prepaid it even and when I arrived there was not a cake ready but a lot of excuses why it wasn't ready. To top it off the manager at the time was rude and very unprofessional. I would not recommend the bakery at all and the service in the whole store besides the butcher department is the only reason I would shop there again.
