Jon and Des have a nice clean shop and are always friendly and willing to spend time with you. Jon sat with me for over a hour the first time I met him and worked out a exercise plan as well as supplementation plan. Every time I have gone back in with 800 questions he is always willing to explain all the ins and outs of what I am asking about. He knows what works and what is hype. NEVER have I ever met someone so knowledgeable about exercise and nutrition AND he never charged me a dime for all the time he spent with me. All of the hours of his time I have burnt up, the gym I go to would have charged my a HUNDREDS dollars for the same info.
