Steer clear of this place, unless you want to be separated from your money.

I recently went in for 1 tire and they talked me into a new set of 4 Kelly's, on which they were having a sale. I figured it was safer to have 4 new shoes and I'd be set for a few years. That's where it started. 30 minutes later they told me I needed shocks all around and they could get me out the door for around $1,100 total. I refused the suspension work and just wanted the 4 new tires. Another 1/2 hour goes bye and they need to show me something in the garage. Apparently my brake fluid is cloudy and they want to flush the brake sytem for $79.99, which is also on special. In addition, my battery is getting old and should be replaced along with a cleaning of the terminals for an addional charge. I didn't get the price for the battery but I refused both again. Another 1/2 hour goes bye and they call me into the garage again. They want to show me my alignment on the computer and how much the front left wheel is off. If I recall correctly it was .25 off and that it would cost $79.99 for the alignment. You can probably guess what my answer was.

2 and 1/2 hours later I just want my car back. As they're finally ringing up the sale they try to sell me the road hazard for all 4 tires. I know the economy is bad but I'm struggling as well. As I sat there for 2.5 hours every car needed something extra (struts, air filters, rotors that can't be cut, etc). Maybe it was just a coincidence? (NOT)

Anyway, here's the bottom line....2.5 hours later and $768 lighter for 4 Kelly Safari tires (on sale), no alignment, and no road hazard on the new tires....... NEVER AGAIN ! ...I just hope someone reads this and learns from my experience.

They lied to me about being able to fix my tire so they could try to sell me another tire for over $400. I took my tire elsewhere and there was no problem fixing it.They also did an alignment on my daughters car and never gave us the printout that you are supposed to get. This leads me to believe they never even did it. Beware either know alot about tires yourself or bring someone that does with you. These guys are rip offs.
