Retained this company for a free estimate on a new central air system. The rep spent a great deal of time with me explaining all of the options available, including an energy efficient system that enabled me to save tax credits. I ultimately hired this company and am very pleased with the quality of service performed.

Poor service/installation

New furnace install and would not mount thermostat where existing had been, contrary to my request. The result was inaccurate function, when I insisted it be corrected, I was told any more house calls would cost me!
Did not and would not get building permit.

Mauzy's crew did a great job installing our a/c and left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. bCould not be happier with their company and the fair price they charged.

Mauzy Heating & Air Conditioning is just a lier

On the web site they have spelled out "Free estimates".

Actually the web site says:
"Mauzy provides free in-home estimates. Most other companies charge for estimates. To schedule a free Mauzy in-home estimate fill out the form below."

When you call them they want $89 for the estimate. When you say the web site offers free estimates they say it is only on the installations of new systems.
There is no restriction on the web site that free estimate applies only on the installation of a new system. The lie is only to have you call.

Now if you feel comfortable doing business with company that starts relationship with you, the costumer, by making lies, call them.
