we were very happy with mattress direct and serta. you have the best selection of serta at mattress direct. places like st. germains carry a few low level sertas and a handful of discountinued vera wangs, but have no selection and no backstock. mattress direct and bedding plus are the only two place to buy a matress set in gretna.

We are very unhappy with the transaction we made with Mattress Direct. We showed them what we wanted, they told us there was a 30-day return if we were unsatisifed with the product. The incompetent sales staff wrote the order up incorrectly. ...

Warning! Don't buy a Serta or shop at Mattress Direct
Friendly sales people, but the company does not assist the customers if there is a problem with the mattress. I had 4 defective mattress in less than 2 years. Serta is the worst mattress, it does not hold up after 6 months of use. YOU will be stuck holding the bill, they don't honor their warranty, and push you off the main Serta company.. it's the RUN AROUND from hell!
