I am going on every website and to the BBB to discuss Mattress Depot. I went in to get a mattress. After choosing one mattress they SUGGESTED I try a more expensive one and if I didn't like it I could return it in 30 days. I called to return it after 2 weeks. After repeated messages they called back and told me I could go back to the lesser mattress but I had to pay the same price!!! I said this was not conveyed to me. They said, and I quote "Not my problem". DO NOT SHOP HERE.

I bought a mattress from the Terrell location for a Christmas present. I was to pick it up Christmas eve, the store was not open and the gen manager at the mesquite store could not get anyone to open the store up for me. I had purchased my mattress with cash! I finally had to go to a different store to buy mattereses because these were Christmas presents! I called back to the Terrell location to request my money back and I was told theat I would have to pay a 25% restocking fee! That would be around 130.00! I finally got it approved that I would get a full refund but told I would have to wait untill the 31st od dec to pick up my check. I went there on the 31st and quests what! Once agin the store was closed and no way to contact anyone. I called back to the mesquite location, the gen manager said for me to come there and he would write me a chek, which he did. The check bounced on 1/2/13! Now I have no mattresses, a hot check and can't get in touch with antone at the Terrell store again! Very scary I would not buy a mattress from these people who knows what might happen.

Bought a bed on Monday. Excellent customer service and prices you cannot beat. Delivery truck broke down night of delivery but it's understandable. Things happen. Mattress was delivered first thing the next day. Highly recommend them.

Mattress Depot. agreed to deliver my mattress four times. Needless to say I had to pick it up myself. Also, the employer told me he would help load the bed set. All he did was bring it out the back room to the floor, the rest was up to me and a friend to carry it out and load it. When I returned inside to let him know how I felt about the service, the employer was laying across one of the beds talking on his cell phone. Decent price, but HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE service! I will never return again.

THIS STORE IS DELIVERING MATTRESSES THAT WERE ON THEIR SHOW ROOM FLOOR. THIS IS WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY PLACE THE MATTRESS IN A BAG AND TAPE IT UP AND DELIVER IT TO YOU AS NEW. HOWEVER, THE MATTRESS HAS BEEN ON THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR AND OTHER PEOPLE HAVE SAT AND LAID ON THE MATTRESS. I KNOW THIS TO BE TRUE BECAUSE I USE TO DELIVER THE MATTRESSES FOR THIS STORE. AND IF YOU ASK CHANCE WHY THE MATTRESS BAG WAS OPEN "HE WILL TELL YOU A LIE ABOUT HE CHECKED THE MATTRESS AND THAT IT'S NEW.
