<b> Overall:</b> The BEST sushi bar in So Cal! Matsu is located in a strip mall in Huntington Beach and has been around forever. They have the freshest fish selection and their restaurant's not bad either.<br />

They have a sushi bar, restaurant, lounge and teppan area. The decor is ok, a dimmer restaurant so it can be romantic and nice for dinner. The sushi bar, however, is the best spot in the house. Yuji is the best sushi chef ever - too bad he now owns the place so he's not behind the sushi bar as much anymore. But still the food is great.<br />

The wait staff is also very nice. They're friendly and attentive and take good care of you!<br /><br /><b>Value:</b> Even for sushi, it's that expensive! And worth every penny!!<br /><br /><b>Service:</b> Super attentive and friendly and professional!
