Overall: The quality of the voice was very poor at first with 2 or 3 second delays, like a cheap cell phone. Within a month this was imprived. Terrible for a business doing lots of calls.

Service: We see the service guy way too much. Been with them for over 3 months and we call the service guy a few times a week
Quality: Poor. the toll free 866 number does not work for hours or days. may be an internet problem
