I found Mastertech via recommendations from other graduate students at UNR. Richard runs a top-notch shop. He is easy to talk to and is very honest. He'll tell you how to save money by doing easy jobs yourself. Every time I have gone in to the shop, I have expected the bill to be twice what it is. Richard even gave his personal phone number to my girlfriend as she was driving across the country, so that she could get help in case any thing went wrong. Seriously, you can't go wrong.

The people here are friendly, knowledgeable, and have more integrity than any shop I've ever been to. Everybody I've recomended to go to Mastertech has left more than satisfied and would never consider going anywhere else.
