They are terrible. They have been out to our home 5 times now to do a simple repair of a downdraft for our stove. The last visit they sent their Senior Tech....this guy had no clue as to how to fix it. We are now waiting on appt. #6
This was by far the worst service I have ever received. Master tech came to my home 3 times and my refridgerator is now in worse shape that when we called for service. They wanted to patch-work my fridge, (which I did not allow).
they stripped one of the front legs and now the uneven leg causes the door to not seal properly.
Pros : This was initially going to be taken care of by our Insurance.
Cons : total of 4 days and counting that we have taken off from work. extremely dishonest business...
