This place sucks. First of all, they're only open until six, so I can't even get there in time from work (my vet, on the other hand, is open until 7, because they actually care about their customers). Secondly, they wait until you call them until they will even start making your prescription! So, even though my vet called in the prescription well ahead of time, when I was ready to pick it up, I called them, and they're like "We haven't even started making it yet"! Ugh! So now I have to wait another day until I can get my cat's medication. Meanwhile, here she is not getting her medication because these people are delaying. Ugh!‎
