We purchased a PT Cruiser Convertible at this location, with a Chrysler warranty. About 4 weeks into having the car, it would not turn on in different occasions and dates, leaving us stranded or late for work. We have towed the car to the Service department on numerous occasions for over a month. Massey Yardley, has been unable to located the problem and much less fix it and have basically given up.
I am seeking legal action at this time regarding the Lemon Law so that they have to take the car back and provide me with dependable transportation!

Massey Yardley Jeep not only works on Jeeps, Dodge, and chrysler., but also they work on any type of vehicle. I know that they also work on all Acura and Hyundai's. They have an excellent staff and everyone has been in the business more than 20 years. Its good to know that you have qualified and professional people looking after your vehicle. The vehicle goes in the shop messed up and comes out looking brand new. They stand behind their work 100 pecent... Its great... I love not only having my vehicle worked on either in their bodyshop or their service dept. I am also proud to be an employee for them. THey are great to work for and be a part of.
