I will never go to Massage Envy again.The therapists nails were to long and digging into my skin! Every therapist knows good and well when their nails are too long for massage.The massage was not fluid or flowing.Also at one point the therapist did not have enough lotion on the inside of my arm and it felt like my skin was on fire.I have had many massages before and this had to be the worst I have ever had.I would not recommend it at all! Very disappointed! The only thing I can say that is good it that the front desk girls were very friendly and accommodating,

The BEST massage I have ever had, and I get them at least once a month. Prices are awesome, it's very clean, therapists are very nice and professional, and even the reception desk is helpful and willing to answer any questions I had for them. They set the standards for what massage therapy should be. I was very impressed and plan to make Massage Envy my regular place to relax.
