I went in to get a belt for my vaccum and Mr. David popped it in and I kept rolling. I was greeted with a HUGE smile and the customer service is AWESOME. I have been doing business with them for 10 years and they have taken GREAT care of my kirby vaccum. :)

Mason Road is the Purple Roof Shop! Don't let their appearance fool you - they are a great reapir shop! They fix almost anything! They have fixed our TV, vaccuum and Steam cleaner! All work great stil! Consider repairing before replacing - it will save you some money!
