Masaki's provides very good customer service, however the quality of their work is very poor. I went in to get new tires, the day I drove out of there, two of my hubcaps fell off, then eventually, within a week the other two fell off! So I had NO hubcaps because I'm assuming they didn't make sure they put the hubcaps on the new tires securely enough. It is now three months later and I've been having to fill my brand new tires from Masaki's with air almost every other week! Everyone who passes by comments to me that I should really check the air pressure because it looks flat.
If you go to Masaki's, do not go to get your tires changes, you are better off going to Costco or Sam's Club.
