Overall: My good buddy is in the market for a new car. Given our shared love for cars he asked me to accompany him to Marvin K Brown Cadillac in Mission Valley to test drive two vehicles. The new Cadillac Escalade and the CTS-V. (the CTS-V was insanely fast with a 450 horse V8. The car literally scares me) We were immediately greated by a salesman named Peter. Peter was loud, personal, funny. He spoke candidly with us in a deep Bostonite accent and answered all our pressing questions. We test drove the two vehicles and just had a great time. Peter made the experience fun and low pressure. This is just not common at many dealerships and we welcomed the change.
Value: I personally think Cadillac is a little overpriced in comparison to other car manufacturors.
Service: Service was fantastic. Peter was awesome and we literally had a great time test driving both cars. Peter was friendly, knowledgable, professinal, funny and treated us with respect. He is not your typical car salesman.
Quality: The quality was first rate. All dealerships should have quality salespeople such as Peter.
Pros: FUN. What shopping for cars should be like.
Cons: None really. Maybe that the cars are expensive!?!
