not happy with the service

I got a smog check there. My car failed because it had a cracked gas cap. THey could have had the decency to let me know and I would have gone to buy a new one then came back to get my car smogged. THe gas cap is the only reason why it failed. Plus the people in the office were grumpy and miserable.
I went accross the street to sooter's and found them to be much nicer and professional.
