Not only does it cost $12 to dry clean a suit. And big bundle advertisment has many caveats. Owners are NOT upfront about their ability to properly press and launder a garment. I took in a wrinkly linen suit. Instead of telling me upfront it would be a problem, they took my money and returned a wrinkly suit that could not be worn to my business meeting. Instead of trying to remedy the situation and work with me, I was told it was my fault and they could do no better with the garment. Wouldn't it have been beneficial to tell me that ahead of time? Or not charge me for something that cannot be worn? I had the exact same suit in another color dry cleaned at another business and it was returned in pristine condition. The only reason I patronized this place to begin with is because they are called "One Hour Martinizing"- Well that doesn't mean anything. The standard turnaround time is 2 days. WILL NOT USE AGAIN!
