The salesman Tony Long and manager Bill are good. The dealer ship is I guess as the rest of the Honda dealers. Very confident and so they wont give much to negotiate unless you have a competitors price. When taking the car of the lot check for scratches. I guess its the part of transportation. The dealership will fix it free. And they do an awesome job.
Pros : Great salesman like Tony Longo. Will fix any issue when purchasing the car. Dont expect a price reduction for that
We drove there to see if they had a NEW Honda Odyssey, they proceeded to try to tell us we had no reason to see the new one and that we should test-drive a used version of the car. After we told the Salesman that we wanted him to bring us a NEW Honda Odyssey, he told us that we would have to wait at least 20 minutes. He then brought another Honda Odyssey that was used and then proceeded to try to tell us that is was a new one, even though there was a huge scratch on the bumper and there was a Certified Used Honda sticker on the windshield. They are rude and the customer service is a nightmare. If you're reading this review, save yourself the time and emotional grief of going to see their cars, they don't even have new ones on the lot.
