bad manners
I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone. The dentists themselves here are great but the receptionist that was here in 2010 was rude. The ones that clean your teeth are rude and obnoxious. First time I went I waited almost 2 hours. Almost walked out. My mom was on life support and I took care of her daily when she came home. The furthest thing from my mind was whether I had my teeth cleaned or not but when I had to reschedule instead of being understanding the black haired receptionist was rude and ill-mannered. I never knew from day to day what was going to happen so sorry if that interrupted your perfect little world but my mom was more important. Frankly you need to FIRE all the workers that clean teeth or teach them to be courteous. My daughters all went there and I have two of them that won't go back because you have no manners. Didn't your parents teach you to be kind to others no matter their situation? When I went there it was because I had to apply for a medical card because I was laid off from a 10 year job and had to take care of my mom. Does that sound like someone milking the system? I am a responsible adult. I was never so glad to be able to get my insurance so I could go to my dentist of my choice after 2 1/2 years of not having a job. The next time someone comes in with a medical card instead of being rude to them why not try putting yourself in their place and see how they feel. How would you like to lose your job and not have any income and have to go to their choice of doctors and dentists and not be able to even afford to get your teeth cleaned? So instead of being rude to them for not cleaning their teeth try being nice. Frankly I wouldn't bring my dog up there to get her teeth cleaned and that is saying a lot because my dog is part of our family. Your dentists up there are great but the other employees need to take a course in manners and understanding.
