My fiance and I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from Maroone Nissan in Ft. Lauderdale and could not believe how great of a car we got for the money (well below Blue Book value). It is very difficult in the auto industry to find an ethical dealership that treats you fairly with honesty and integrity so this is the reason we are writing this review. After purchasing the vehicle we took it to our mechanic and an oil leak was found and even though the sales manager was reluctant to eat the costs of the repair...the Dealership Manager made right by us in authorizing the full repair at the dealership's cost. He was so pleasant to deal with and apologized that the service area had missed the leak in their pre-inspection and immediately called the sales and service manager to let them know that he was authorizing the repair. Basically he turned what could have been a terrible experience into a very good one. It has already been a half year with the car and we are completely happy with our purchase! When people ask where we got such a good deal on our SUV we let them know it was from Maroone Nissan!

This Nissan dealership has a small inventory of vehicles. We found two meeting our criteria. The first we saw had terrible damage from the cars being packed so close together in the parking garage. We bought the second one. After hours of waiting to do paperwork & doing the paperwork, it was dark when we left. As we were getting in the new car to leave, we found damage on the car. The next morning when the light was better, we found more damage. The dealership, who did not go over the car before we left, tried to claim that the damage was not there before. Additionally, the first aid pack was missing from our car but the salesman never said a word. We found out later that it was supposed to be included. The salesman was young & inexperienced, & was more concerned with closing the deal than making sure everything was in order for the sale. They had someone fix the scratches on the car, but they did not have the correct color paint & didn't tell us until afterward. So we have an new, expensive car with obvious paint repair!!!
