COMPLETE CARE
You will feel like family when you go to Mark's Independent. They care about you and it shows in their work. Mark and his team are super humble and hard working. They keep the place so clean too! You can tell they work hard for your business and have so many repeat customers!
I have had brakes, tune-ups, oil changes and general upkeep. He won't sell you something you don't need but he will tell it like it is!

Super Efficient
Mark located my replacement side mirror within 2 days, the cost was reasonable and it was installed immediately so I was on my way within 5 minutes! As a busy "taxi" mom and mechanically uninformed, I appreciated the expeditious and good quality service.
Although I live in Simi, I'd continue to drive over the hill just to retain the peace of mind of knowing that I'm not being taken advantage of and that my repairs were done right the first time.
