Went to Mark's Ark, had trouble getting someone to help me, but everyone seemed busy doing nothing, Finally i decided to leave. I guess the girl thought i didn't see what i wanted and finally she spoke up and said we get a shipment tomorrow. I didn't even acknowledge her and left. I decided that i would try another time, I went the next day and again could not get someone to help me. There was a guy by the front door checking out what looked like to be his paycheck. There were 2 other staff members in the corner by the register eating, Still no one to help service the customers again they were all busy doing nothing. If they worked for me, they would find themsleves in the unemployment line. I still don't have the fish for my tank, so i am going to find another store to buy from. Total shame, as i have been a customer at Mark's Ark for at least 8 years. You need to wait on customers to keep them, too many other places to shop at. Hope you guys actually read this and wake up before you lose all your business.

AMAZING PET STORE!!! they have everything from skunks ferrets rabbits hedgehogs Tarantulas to salt and freshwater fish OH!! and the Reptiles!! Beardies monitors iguanas Turtles Snakes (albino babies =]]) geckos and even Uromastyx!!! the staff is super helpful, knowledgeable and courteous!!! the best pet store ive been to EVER!! 12 stars!!

This store is way too dirty. they have good tanks and stuff but very poor care. i wouldnt suggest this store to anyone that is looking for good service and quality. i've been to better pet stores in the area such as Wet Kisses Pet Co. on Lantana and Jog its very nice and extremely friendly staff

Mark's Ark is the best is the best pet shop I've seen. Goes above and beyond Petsmart, Pecto and Petsupermarket. Petsmart, Petco and Petsupermarket ALWAYS have tons of dead fish in their tanks, ALWAYS! Over the year and a half that I have been to Mark's Ark, I have probably seen a total of 5 dead fish, which they noticed and took care of right away! I've been here many, many times and they have the best prices for everything that I have seen so far in my pet shopping experiences.They have both fresh and saltwater fish and they have teh best prices I have seen for tanks and hoods. They do sell much more than just fish however. They have birds, reptiles, hamsters, mice, ferrets and many more! Plus all of the accessories that go with those pets! I would, and already do, recommend them to everyone!

Ive been going to mark's for many years now! There's always a huge selection of everything. I highly recommend them for a wide variety as well as a one stop shopping pet store. The store is always clean and does not smell. thats a big deal to me!! It says alot about how well they treat their own animals in the store and thats so important.
