Find a more caring place
I brought a stray cat to be spay at this animal clinic, been the one that I have been a customer for the past 15 years. This cat is living in my backyard and I didn't want a population explosion. Due to the economy and my financial situation I asked for a price break. The response from the vet's technician was if I could not afford it I should leave the cat alone and in other word...don' t bother. I told him that I did not see anything wrong in asking for a discount since I've been coming with my pets for 15 years. Also, I told him that kind of talk is more suitable for a street bully than from someone that work with animal. Needless to say, I am looking for a more caring place.

I Would Not Use Them Again!
My dog was being treated for a doggie disease, that would have a poor out come. From what the Dr.told me and what I researched on the net, With or without (this very Rough) treatment he was still gunna die maybe even sooner with treatment due to his older age..
During our many visits over the 2 years, yes I did find everyone friendly~caring~and I put my faith in them..
When the time came that I had to euthanize I felt so lost with the lack of compassion & coldness showed by Dr Koppel who seemed in a hurry to remove my dog and get on with business (even though the waiting room was empty!) There was also a lack of knowledge concerning what was offered by Regency Forest who pick up the remains for cremation..I would never use this Vet. again....R.B.

pretty upsetting by peder w. at InsiderPages
My brand new cat had an eye injury. A medium gruesome one--i was pretty panicked. I brought him in. When the vet finally showed up, he took a look at my cat and said, were you hoping this was gonna heal by itself? I wish there were a font that really expressed condescension, the way this guy said that to me. I was a little confused by the comment at first so I didn't really say anything. Then he asked when it happened, and I said about an hour ago. then he said, Well I can't do this, this is a bad injury, I can't do this, I mean, I can try, but i don't know, I mean, I mean... The guy was pretty worthless. At least the didn't charge me though. Then he scolded another person in the waiting room and me for letting our dogs smell one another as I left with my dog and injured cat. Going to this place was more than a waste of time--it actually made it harder for me to get my cat's eye fixed.
