My insurance paid all but $20 of a bill which marina billing failed to ever bill me for but instead sent to collections. I had to hire an attorney to remove the entry in my flawless credit report because it is impossible to get through on the line.

Seriously, this is the worst and most unprofessional billing service in the WORLD! I have since paid the $245.00 bill because it was "too old to re-bill insurance"! Then it showed up on my credit report as a collections account with CMRE who is just as bad. I have flawless credit and was refinancing my home to find out that this was showing up on my credit report..I didn't want to pay it out of principal but the Mortgage company wouldn't do the refi w/o it being paid. Now, I go to buy a car and it is STILL on the credit report!!!!! When I call Marina Medical's local office...it plays a recording then drops the call!‎
