Bad attitude by Paul S. at InsiderPages
So we get there early yesterday, see no one outside, and park in the lot to wait for the other guests to arrive and to enjoy the view. Suddenly some bald-headed freak comes up to my car and snarls you can't come in here. It's valet parking. Ok, if I knew that I MIGHT have waited outside the entrance, but I wasn't about to pull back around to the entrance just so this a-hole can drive my car 50 feet back to where I was parked, especially with the attitude he was giving me.
Later that night we're leaving and in front of a large group of customers, all the valets start yelling cheapcheapcheapcheap as we drive off ( I just drove two hours from Connecticut, and with gas prices the way they were, it was anything but cheap for me).
Whatever, I'm not ever going back anyway, but I wonder if the other cutomers waiting for their car were made to feel uncomfortable and were pressured to tip more because of this display.
