I've been coming to Dr. Yang's office for about 3 or 4 months now. I came in because I had severe migraines and my midback was hurting due to work and stress.

After calling to see if I could get an appointment for a friend, I was told that they would call back to see if the doctor could still see him after last appointment.
I was told that they would call back. Even though they knew he could barely drive and he was heading there to see if the doctor would see him, they did not have the respect to call and say that the doctor would not see him. When he arrived at 7:45 pm he was told that the doctor had left. After I had been told at 7:25 that the doctor had 3 patients to go.
