We had purchased an Acura from your dealership many years ago and since that time purchased another Acura from a dealer local to our area. We tried our local dealership and were not satisfied with our interaction. We then decided to call your dealership - even though you are over 2 hours away!

I spoke with Michael Gafford by phone and we were able to purchase a new 2012 TL in about 10 minutes. It was amazing. Mr. Gafford asked what our requirements were and listened very carefully. He then told me what he could do to meet our needs as closely as possible. I had a sense that I could have asked for a slightly lower price, but did not do so because Mr. Gafford had been fair and worked to meet my needs to the best of his ability. He was "worth" any difference we might have gained.

Mr. Gafford also delivered on each and every commitment he made to us. When he said he would call back - he did. When we arrived at the dealership, he had everything ready and also the promises he made on price were all accurate. He also introduced to every member of the dealership that would be assisting us. He looked after our comfort and met the timelines we had set. He also welcomed us with a hug and made sure everything came off expertly.

Our next pleasure was when he introduced us to Steve Kerekesh. Steve made us feel we had made a perfect choice. He expressed pleasure at having driven our car from another dealership and assured us our vehicle was in perfect shape. He showed us our car with excitement and informed us about every option and feature. He very professionally worked on our paperwork and explained anything we required. But what we liked best was how personable and warm Steve was to us and our son. The highest compliment that I can pay him is that I found it hard to leave the dealership and would have liked to have dinner with him and your wonderful staff.

If every dealer was like this we would all be happier!

I've had the need to visit the Acura service center a few times since I've owned my car, and each time I've received nothing short of professional, courteous and knowledgeable service. I haven't found any mechanic who understands my car and how it works better then Marin Acura, and that type of unique expertise is priceless. Would highly recommend.‎

I purchased my Acura TSX here, and it was a good experience. Unfortunately the service department was terrible. While they are smiling they are charging for every tooth they show. I brought my vehicle in 2 weeks after I purchased it claiming the breaks were acting funny. They told us that was normal, and not to worry about it. 5 months later (after the rotors were now warped severely) I had to bring the car back in because it shuttered every time I hit the breaks. $320 was the figure, and when I told them that this was an ongoing issue that started after I bought the car, I was practically told to pound sand. I now go to Oakland Acura for repairs and service and love them. Acura is a phenomenal car manufacturer and their sales department is fine if you are looking to buy. I would definitely take your car elsewhere however if you are looking to get it serviced.‎

This dealer advertised an of Sentra in AutoTrader for $7800. Yet the head honcho, Mike in used cars refused to sell it for under $8400! Hmmm? Faulty advertisting, incompetence and truly deceitful. My "sales" guy actually looked up the two DIFFERENT prices for the same car, one priced lower in AutoTrader and the other placed much higher in MarinAcura.com. Thankfully, a young salesman agreed with me that it truly was a price discrepancy and in my opinion poor business practice. So I went and got a better 05 Nissan Altima with the same mileage for &7, 900. My recommendation, definitely shop around. Certainly not a warm enviornment. There was not a single customer besides meand the management seemed like grumps. I‎

My car has had 3 "faulty" batteries in that many years, 2 in 4 months! Acura service says there is nothing wrong and went as far as to acuse me of "tampering" with the car. A bunch of arrogant, lazy assholes. It's worth the trip to Santa Rosa where they actually know what they are doing.‎
