Excellent food at very reasonable prices,plus great service and a very clean restaurant!!!

Having seen all of the rave reviews here and on Digitalcity I decided to try this place. However, having just seen a review mentioning a change in owners and a sharp decline in the quality of food I probably missed out on what all the commotion was about. Having traveled through a large portion of Mexico, I was hoping to eat some real Mexican food (or something close). Unfortunately, both my brother and I were very dissapointed. I ordered the chicken in mole sauce and my brother got the Costa Azul shrimp. The mole sauce was somewhat burnt and devoid of spices while the chicken was tough. The shrimp was stringy and just covered in Monteray Jack cheese and not impressive, especially considering it was about $11. I don't see myself ever going back here, but if for some reason you want to, stick withthe more common Mexican dishes.

This was one of our favorite restaurants.Unfortunately, it has been taken over by new owners and feels more like a bus station than a family restaurant. The food is even worse: the salsa is flavorless, the chips actually intersting in that they are the worst any of us have ever had. Entres were not edible. Just don't go here if you like food. Horrible changes to a once very good restaurant.

This independent family-run restaurant has great food, large portions (we take home plenty) and reasonable prices. It's not your chain restaurant Mexican with melted cheese slathered on everything. The flavors are interesting, the food is fresh, and the presentation is excellent. The place is a little run down (torn banquette covers) and sometimes noisy, and the wait staff does not have the best English. But it's interesting and fun. . . like a little bit of Mexico here in Columbus. I especially like the homemade tortilla chips and salsa they bring while you're waiting for your food.

I love the small family owned restaurants. This one is great. Forget about Chi Chi's or Don Pablo's, they don't hold a candle the real Mexican food Cancun serves. I started going there several months ago and make it a point to visit aleast once a week. You'll love this place!!!!!

Oh yeah I forgot to mention, the prices are just right.
