These folks do indeed carry quality products and their window displays are always phenomenal. BUT they have a long long way to go on customer service. Recently when shopping their for a bedroom set I found the staff to be unfriendly, unhelpful and downright snobby. I left and went to another store and had a completely different experience - and purchased my bedroom furniture from those folks. Lost sale.
