I've been a patron of Marco's since they opened - absolutely the best car wash service in the area. Courteous people who want to please each customer - what more could you ask for from a business? I highly recommend them.

When it comes to cleaning a car inside and out, they are the best I've ever used. With an oil change, you get the car washed free. The oil change is $10 cheaper than any other place I've found. The other day I also needed some front brake work done and they went above and beyond any expectations in helping me get my car repaired. I'm grateful.

I'm very surprised to find negative comments about Marco's. I had to double-check that I was reading about the same place. I'm a regular there and have had all sorts of services performed from basic car washes, full details, and annual inspections. The staff have always been friendly and efficient and do a great job on my cars. The manager has taken me on tours of the facility when I asked about water usage. One day a gust of wind blew and he came out with free wash coupons because of the dust that got blown on the cars. I can't say enough about how much I like doing business with Marco's. I'm sorry to see there have been some bad experiences but I can honestly say as a regular customer I could not be more surprised.

as the manager of the carwash you are talking about, let me defend us. One on the date you say we had one mechanic on duty the other was on vacation and a line can be built up and waiting times increase. a common problem is not telling the right people what you want done, (ie. telling the people in the vacuum area you want something done) and the info does not get relayed to the right people. I am sorry you had a bad experience with our car wash, as our customers are very important to us and we go way out of our way alots of time to make them happy. We can not fix anything if we are not made aware of the problems.

I doubt they "forgot" to do your inspection. It is a small, somewhat newer business, and with that said you must understand that with one inspection machine, a line can be built up, and if there is a waiting time, its not like they wont tell you. As for the "4 other people behind the counter", if the owner of the company is doing something the employee may not approve of, you are going to blame them for not putting their job on the line and contradicting the man? The guy you are speaking of is most likely the owner, there are no "Old people" that own that place... you are incorrectly educated on what you speak of, and he does not have a son, as the company is named in dedication to his son who has passed away a few years before the business was opened up. And chances are, if anyone tells you to "take your (profanity) outside" I highly doubt it was non provoked, as these people DO actually care about keeping a customer happy, and it is doubtful that they would make a scene in telling you this in front of other customers. I think you were so unhappy with something that has happened that you were moved to write a review that possibly exaggerates the events to the extent of your need for revenge of some sort.
As for marcos, I have been a dedicated customer and friend since they have opened up, and have always been treated with respect and they do a thorough cleaning. They take a little bit longer with each car because they pay attention to detail, so alot of people that are in a big rush tend to get agitated then complain when something wasnt done right... and if something needs extra attention, point it out and they will gladly take care of anything for you. I wouldnt let one person's opinion out of the hundreds of customers that go there each day to turn you away. If this place was this bad a) there would be more reveiws, probably and b) noone would go there. But I would like to say that I highly recommend Marcos Car wash.
