This company claims to have a wholesale division. An employee of MFG is a tenant at one of my clients properties and he recommended I use her for financing. The bottom line is, I submitted a complete file and she tried to go behind my back and solicit my client. Needless to say, she lost in the end.
This company is comprised of a few mortgage brokers who obviously can't honestly earn their own business. I will never use them, as I did not come into contact with one professional in that company, the broker included.
Pros : None
Cons : Rates are not competitive, they claim to be wholesale (they are just mortgage brokers), their broker/LO's are not experienced
