Dr Mandel is a Treasure
I live on a budget, and with Dr Mandel, many procedures are now within reach! I do Botox and Facial fillers with him, and he is 50% to 80% cheaper than other Drs I've been to, or called for a price quote. Despite that, he has the best quality I've experienced! He finds the correct spot. He knows I am sensitive to pain, and always puts a little anesthetic in the filler. He gives me customized service every time. He talks to me on the phone, returns my calls, discusses things patiently. First time I saw him, I didn't have any money and offered him a Bloomingdales gift card for $300 I had! He accepted that! He is so understanding of all issues, financial or skin-wise! I've been to other plastic surgeons, and they weren't able to do what I wanted. He can do anything. Always has specials and discounts. As far as my beauty is concerned, he is the most important man in my life!

This place is ridiculous. Disorganized, rushed, and they seem to actively resent the patients. I only went with him in the first place because he had immediate openings (guess why?). You?d be better off with any other doctor.
