I have a broken dishwasher. Superior has sent two different repairmen four different time, and the machine is still not fixed. So far, I have spent over $600 to have it fixed.

They set appointments and make you wait for the repairman, and then he doesn't show up, or they call you at the end of the "window" and say he is running two hours late and ask if you can wait the extra time.

I have lost more days of my life waiting around for repair people from this company than I care to remember.

THE WORST.

answering and clerks are never in touch with programs scheduled nor seem to be aware of clients needs.
take too long to follow up upon the work. yet they manage to finish if you push them.
