Maleys did not stand behind thier work. My retaining wall they built fell after 3 months and Charle Maley wouldn't return just 1 of my 30 phone calls. I reported him to BBB, and Howard Ain did a report on his poor work and business practice. I would stay clear of Maley, find a different contractor.

OVER PRICED, POOR WORK ON POLE BARN
I would never recomend his work for the price that he will give you up front to the price that he will total up at the end of the job was rediculus. Definitely do not trust or use him for any job!!!!!!!!

I agree with Robert. I filed suit against chuck maley for FRAUD. He built a fence around my pool and did not build up to the boone county building code requirement. We are suing for everything down to interest we have lost on money that he will not refund.He keeps running and hiding from being served his summons... Has never returned a phone call, he is a coward. In no way is he a businessman. Find another contractor.
