lets be fair
I might be a little bias but lets be fair.
Many people go to a car wash and blame the employees for stealing and breaking items left in the car. As a manager of Majestic Car Wash I would like to add that all of the items reported missing since my employment there (over 2 years) have been recovered by the staff or the customer. Some items recovered recently include over $1000.00 in cash (more than once) which one customer did not even know existed but was returned to his surprise, as well as a diamond ring to which the response was "oh I wish you'd found the other one"(are you kidding me?). Some items are not recovered on site but most, if not all, are recovered at home or work. I am sure any items not recovered were legitimately lost or the customer was too embarrassed to call and apologize.
We did have a customer complain a while back that an iPod was missing. He screamed and yelled disrupting business, only to find out later that his wife's sister had taken it to use (hmmm). That customer called to apologize but the damage had been done.
I could write stories about this stuff but it would become a novel and there's a 2000 word limit.
At Majestic Car Wash we strive to make the customer happy. We are a family owned business with at least one family member on staff every day. Most of the employees have been with us for over a year and some for over 5 and 10 years. The employees are trained in a professional manner and nothing less than exceptional is tolerated. To top it off we do a great job, just ask the multitude of repeat customers.
