They have a soaring high price on everything specially on service. Go to other toyota dealer or search the web first for cheaper services. Like my experience I was trying to see if they can match the price they have at toyota sunnyvale but they were apathetic about it they said that it's higher because they charge for the cleaning. What a dumb explanation, doesn't everybody do that. And one of their personnel said it already that they will match the price specially if it's another toyota dealer. They were charging $465.00 for a replacement of a passenger front side window while their counterpart toyota dealer at sunnyvale was was $ 415.00. Went in to do a trade in, were great at first. Drive test went fine, paperwork was a mess. Hard to deal with prices and ARE not the lowest sellers out there. FALSE advertisement!!!! Had talked to sales personels about payment options and down payment for negative trade-ins. Numbers didn't work out so told them I'd find a bank that would work with me and that they were also finding a bank that would work with me with better interests and a.p.r. Salesman Ben said "be patient and that the truck would still be there, bad economy right now and no body would buy a big truck".
