I was a patient of Dr. Zagarra at the MainStreet Dental in Wellington, Florida from October 2007 to August 2009. I signed up for a comprehensive treatment of malocclusions that I needed to have done before I could get dental implants. But after almost two years of orthodontic treatment, I still have Class 1 malocclusion with a cross bite on the right side and a slight openbite. My midline was way off and the space between my lower canine and 2nd premolar was not big enough for an implant. I tried to communicate my concerns with Dr. Zagarra numerous times during the course of the treatment, but each and every time he refused to listen.
