Thought maybe I was the only one with a bad experience at this place. Way overcharged then given a lame excuse.
Stay away! There are many honest shipping business' in Roseville. This is not one of them.

Had to mail a package to Germany and didn't know what I was doing and relied on this business to guide me through the process.I mailed 2 packages and insured one (so I thought).They did not give me the proper paperwork for the insured package.Found out they didn't mail my packages until 4 days after I dropped them off.NOT ACCEPTABLE! One package arrived the other (the one that was supposed to be inusred)still lost.Called Mail Boxes Plus and left message for owner (she never returned my call).Called again and daughter was EXTREMELY RUDE! Said to bad, there is nothing we can do about it. They will not reimburse my $70. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
