great cleaning company
I had such a good experince with this company. When I called the lady on the phone listened to my concerns on what I needed to get cleaned. When the maids came to clean my home I did not have to give them instructions they new what to do and did a great job. I even singed up for regular service, they gave me a great monthly fee. If you need help cleaning your home you should give them a call.

WORST CLEANING SERVICE
I called numerous of times to get a quote after being placed on hold for over 6 minutes spoke to a rep and asked for information on the company, not only did i get have answers but also didnt get a full answer on important like insurance, legal,products used ETC, to my suprise this is a REFERAL service, not a cleaning service but an agency, terrible phone skills and poor knowledge of the company they are running, would never use them! and after speaking to some ladies from the PTA done recommend them, have heard of things missing from their employees, breaking things and damaging items and not paying for them after all i heard horrible business and service!!!!

I have had good and bad experiences with this company. I think it depends who they send to clean your house. I had one pair that cleaned rooms I specifically asked them not to clean, and then did a lousy job on the rooms that I did want them to clean. On the other hand, the company quickly fixed the problem by having a different crew come out the next day (for free) to redo the areas that were unsatisfactory. They also followed up with a phone call to make sure I was pleased the second time. I would use them again, now that I have an idea of which cleaning crews are good and which are not.
