I hired them for the first time to clean my 3 bed 2 bath house. I was amazed at how hard they worked. They did a great job. I will be booking bi-weekly services.‎

I've been using Maid Experts on and off for about a year. They have consistently been good and very professional. Occasionally they may make some little mistakes such as they forgot to place a plastic liner in one of our trash bags. When I informed them, they immediately apologized and offered to send the maids to take care of it no questions asked.

I tried 3 other services before finding Maid Experts. Let me just say I am more than impressed with this company. They are the only ones that sent the same crew each visit, something really important to me. The girls are always courteous and dependable.‎

Cleaning - my house was lightly clean already. I needed them to get the nooks and cracks because the house was being prepped for show. Two maids spent a total fo 4 hours and honestly, I can barely see the difference. I was disappointed in the end product. Customer Service - I asked the woman on the phone to email me an estimate when I made the reservations. Nothing. When I called back the following day, another woman assured me I would get a confirmation in my email. Nothing. After the cleaning service, I went to their website and requested an itemized invoice before charging my credit card. No response. The following day I saw a charge on my credit card and then I contacted the company to complain. With no apology, they sent me an invoice. The quality of cleaning service was average but the overall experience was very poor. I rather pay the premium for decent customer service.‎
